In short and in plain words: what FckScrn knows about you, why and for how long. Version 1.0, effective 3 November 2026. This is a translation; if the versions differ, the Czech version applies.

Who processes the data

Tomáš Foltas, company ID (IČO) 06777198, Novodvorská 1068/7, 641 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Contact for anything about personal data: info@tomasfoltas.cz.

For billing and communication with the organizer I am the controller. For event content (programme, speaker names, audience questions) the event organizer is the controller and I process the data only on their behalf to provide the service (see “Processing for the organizer” below).

An event and all its files are deleted automatically 14 days after the event date (without a date, 60 days after creation). The organizer can delete it earlier.

Who receives the data

I never sell data. The service uses these processors:

  • INTERNET CZ, a.s. (Forpsi): the server running the service (Czech Republic).
  • Supabase: the billing database (proformas, invoices, customers), server in the EU (Ireland).
  • Fio banka, a.s.: receiving payments and matching them to documents.
  • Google Ireland Ltd.: website analytics, only with your consent.

Where the law requires it, data is handed to authorities (e.g. the tax office).

Processing for the organizer

For event content the organizer is the controller. By ordering the service the organizer instructs the provider to process the content, and the provider undertakes to:

  • process the data only to provide the service and on the organizer's instructions (given by how the organizer uses the service),
  • protect it (encrypted HTTPS connections, access only through secret links, a server with restricted access),
  • keep it confidential and give no one else access except the processors listed above,
  • help the organizer handle people's requests about their data and report any breach without undue delay,
  • delete the data at the end (automatically 14 days after the event, or earlier on the organizer's instruction).

The organizer is responsible for having a legal basis for processing speakers' and the audience's data and for informing them.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Just write to info@tomasfoltas.cz. For data from an event (questions, a speaker's name) you can also contact the event organizer, who can delete it right away.

If you think your data is not handled properly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
